Build and nurture relationships with healthcare candidates and clients. Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding. Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing requirements and provide suitable candidates. Utilize job boards, social media, and other recruitment platforms to attract top talent. Maintain accurate documentation and generate recruitment reports regularly. Must Have Skills: Hands-on experience in recruiting Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA).
