specialising Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned Senior Bench Sales Recruiter with over 6 years of experience in US IT staffing, specializing in bench sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with Tier 1 and Prime Vendors, demonstrating expertise in marketing bench consultants, negotiating rates, and ensuring timely placements. Key Responsibilities: Bench Consultant Marketing: Market bench consultants to Tier 1 and Prime Vendors, ensuring timely placements. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients. Coordinate with consultants to understand their skills and preferences. Requirement Sourcing & Submission: Source job requirements from job portals, vendor portals, and networking sites. Submit consultant profiles to vendors, ensuring alignment with job requirements. Follow up with vendors for interview feedback and placement status. Rate Negotiation & Documentation: Negotiate pay rates with vendors and consultants. Ensure all rate confirmations and agreements are documented and tracked. Consultant Management: Maintain a database of bench consultants, tracking their availability and skill sets. Provide regular updates to management on consultant status and placements. Reporting & Coordination: Maintain daily and weekly status reports using MS Excel. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth placement processes. Qualifications & Skills: Experience: Minimum of 6 years in US IT staffing, with a focus on bench sales. Proven experience working with Tier 1 and Prime Vendors. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of US tax terms: W2, 1099, and Corp-to-Corp (C2C). Familiarity with visa classifications: H1B, OPT, STEM OPT, H4 EAD. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to negotiate effectively and build strong relationships. Tools & Platforms: Proficiency in job portals: Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. Experience with vendor management systems and CRM tools. Work Ethic: Self-motivated and results-oriented. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work night shifts to align with US business hours. Compensation & Benefits: Salary: Competitive, based on experience.
