We are a fast-growing healthcare staffing firm focused on high-volume recruitment for U.S.-based healthcare providers. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated Junior Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Bhubaneswar. This is a great opportunity for someone with 3 to 6 months of experience who is eager to grow in the U.S. healthcare recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing: Assist in sourcing healthcare professionals such as Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Therapists, Psychologists, and Social Workers for U.S. healthcare facilities.
• Initial Screening: Conduct basic screenings to assess candidate qualifications and interest.
• Database Management: Update and maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Support Senior Recruiters: Work closely with senior recruiters to manage the recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
• Candidate Coordination: Schedule interviews, follow-ups, and support candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Compliance Awareness: Learn and assist in ensuring that candidates meet basic U.S. healthcare licensure and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3 to 6 months of experience in recruitment, preferably in U.S. healthcare or high-volume hiring.
• Tools & Techniques: Familiarity with ATS platforms, Boolean search basics, and social media sourcing (LinkedIn, etc.).
• Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of the U.S. healthcare staffing process is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Strong English communication skills—both verbal and written.
• Team Player: Willingness to learn from seniors, take feedback, and contribute to team goals.

Pay: ₹14,477.13 - ₹25,683.56 per month
