Job Description
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Dealing with Customers for the bills and documents and tracking the order.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely support.
- Experience with US process and inbound calling is preferred
- Willingness to work night shifts as per US time zone
- Knowledge of BPO industry is a plus
- No Sales/ No Targets.
