Role Overview: As a Senior/Assistant Manager in this role, your main purpose will be to develop, mentor, and supervise Analysts and Advanced Analysts. You will act as a counselor for your team members, proactively recognizing issues and recommending solutions. It will be your responsibility to seek opportunities to diversify client load and exposure to different teams, fostering collaboration and constructive communication within the team. Additionally, you will demonstrate basic presentation and public speaking skills, actively participate in meetings, and communicate effectively in various situations. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, mentor, and supervise Analysts and Advanced Analysts - Act as a counselor for team members - Recognize issues proactively and recommend solutions - Seek opportunities to diversify client load and exposure - Foster collaboration and constructive communication within the team - Demonstrate basic presentation and public speaking skills - Communicate effectively in face-to-face situations, by phone, and via email - Display general knowledge of engagement big picture and work towards obtaining appropriate certification - Communicate progress and project status to supervisors worldwide - Take ownership of your schedule and proactively seek work when necessary - Adhere to practice protocol and internal processes consistently - Explore the opportunity of going on rotation Qualifications Required: - Graduate or Post Graduate in Finance - CPA/EA will be an added advantage - 4 to 6 years of experience Additional Company Details: In addition to the specific competencies required for your role, you will focus on developing firm-wide competencies such as identifying opportunities for process improvement, ensuring the use of specific methodologies, tools, and technology, and encouraging open communication within the team.
