Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced US Benchsales Recruiter to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT recruitment, specifically in bench sales, and will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates in the US market.

Responsibilities

Source and recruit candidates for US Bench Sales positions through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and providing feedback to candidates.
Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
Maintain recruitment metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Skills and Qualifications

2-6 years of experience in IT bench sales recruitment or related field.
Strong understanding of the US IT staffing industry and recruitment processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using ATS systems and recruitment tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and platforms, including LinkedIn, Monster, and Indeed.
