Description

We are looking for an experienced Painting Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in painting inspection, quality control, and a keen eye for detail to ensure that all painting projects meet industry standards and client expectations.

Responsibilities

Conduct visual inspections of painted surfaces to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
Assess paint application methods and surface preparation processes.
Document inspection results and prepare detailed reports for management.
Collaborate with painting teams to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement in painting processes.
Assist in training new personnel on inspection procedures and standards.

Skills and Qualifications

4-6 years of experience in painting inspection or related field.
Strong understanding of paint types, application techniques, and surface preparation.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations regarding painting and coatings.
Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in using inspection tools and equipment.
