Job Description

Responsibilities:

Prepare a wide range of high-quality coffee, espresso-based beverages, and other specialty drinks, ensuring consistency and presentation standards are met.
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders, answering questions, and addressing any concerns to provide excellent service.
Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workspace, including equipment, counters, and seating areas.
Follow proper handling, storage, and inventory management practices for ingredients and supplies.
Support daily caf operations, including opening and closing procedures, restocking, and assisting team members as needed.
Stay informed about new coffee trends, techniques, and product offerings to enhance service quality.
