Job Description

You will be joining Source InfoTech Inc. as an Account Manager/Business Development Manager for their US IT Staffing Operations, working from the offshore office in Noida, UP. Your role will involve interacting with clients over the phone and through written correspondence, prospecting, proposing, negotiating, closing deals, and managing client accounts end-to-end. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proven track record of achieving targets, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. **Responsibilities:** - Marketing the Bench Consultants (H1B Sales) or C2C. - Getting new leads/requirements and maintaining existing clients. - Generating requirements from clients through cold calling. - Shortlisting suitable candidates based on technological skills, rates, and location preferences. - Negotiating rates with clients and candidates. - Making timely submissions and providing all required information to clients for end-client submissions. - Following up with clients on the progress of submittals made. **Qualifications Required:** - 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role. - Experience with prime vendors/tier-1 vendors is preferred. - Willingness to work night shifts in the US shift. - Ability to work from the office in Sector 67, Noida. You will benefit from cell phone reimbursement, food provided, internet reimbursement, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is from Monday to Friday during night shifts in the US time zone.
