Description

We are seeking a motivated US Bench Sales Recruiter to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing and recruiting candidates for US-based positions, specifically in the IT industry. This role is essential for driving our recruitment efforts and ensuring we have the right talent to meet our clients needs.

Responsibilities

Source and identify potential candidates for US Bench sales positions.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through various sourcing techniques.
Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates qualifications.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide suitable candidates.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and providing feedback to candidates.
Maintain candidate databases and ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate.
Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the company and attract talent.

Skills and Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in IT or Bench sales recruiting.
Strong understanding of the US staffing industry and market trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to persuade candidates.
Knowledge of sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and networking.
