About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to manage, mentor, and scale our growing sales team. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and hands-on experience in U.S.-based sales processes. Auto transport sales experience will be a major advantage. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Performance Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of 8–10 sales representatives. Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team. Monitor performance and ensure reps meet minimum KPI expectations (calls, quotes, follow-ups, bookings). Conduct weekly training, mock calls, and skill improvement sessions. Manage team scheduling, attendance, and discipline. Sales Operations Guide team members in closing leads through calls, SMS, and CRM follow-ups. Handle escalated leads and support reps in difficult negotiations. Ensure proper usage of CRM and adherence to the sales process. Identify opportunities to increase conversions and improve lead quality. Reporting & Strategy Prepare daily and weekly performance reports. Analyze conversion data to find gaps and propose improvements. Work with management to build new scripts, sales processes, and training modules. Provide feedback on lead quality and marketing performance. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales (U.S. market preferred). At least 1 year of experience in leading a sales team. Excellent communication skills in English—both verbal and written. Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and people-management skills. Ability to motivate and develop team members to achieve targets. Familiarity with auto-transport, logistics, or U.S. B2C sales is a plus. Comfortable working in a night shift. Preferred Qualities Strong leadership presence with a positive attitude. Data-driven mindset with good analytical skills. Disciplined, organized, and able to handle pressure. Willing to take ownership and lead from the front. What We Offer
