Position Descrption:

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with a strong background in IT staffing and MSP account management to support our US operations from Bangalore. The ideal candidate will act as the primary liaison between offshore delivery teams and onshore stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow MSP accounts in the US staffing ecosystem, ensuring compliance with client requirements and SLAs.
  • Partner closely with onshore leadership in Michigan to align offshore delivery with client expectations.
  • Drive recruitment strategies for IT and engineering roles, leveraging technical understanding to match talent effectively.
  • Maintain strong relationships with US customers, ensuring proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Oversee day-to-day account operations, including reporting, escalations, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfilment of client requisitions.
  • Provide insights on market trends, client needs, and process improvements to enhance service delivery.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience working with US customers in IT staffing from India and over all 8+ years of sales account management experience.
  • Proven expertise in MSP account management within the staffing industry.
  • Strong technical understanding of IT and engineering roles.
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to influence and build trust across cultures.
  • Experience working offshore in US time zones; ability to manage high-volume accounts effectively.
  • Preferably visited the US for work assignments or has prior US work experience.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
