JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Software Tester with a strong focus on mobile application testing for iOS and Android platforms. This role involves both manual and automation testing of mobile apps developed for high-compliance environments. Candidates should be proficient in API testing, UAT, and using modern testing frameworks within a SaaS-based healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute comprehensive test scenarios including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and end-to-end workflows.
• Perform API testing using Postman and validate integrations with external systems.
• Develop and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or Cypress.
• Conduct performance and load testing using JMeter to ensure system stability under varying loads.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate business and user requirements through Agile ceremonies.
• Ensure web platforms meet regulatory standards such as ISO 13485, FDA, and CDSCO.
• Document test cases, results, and defects using JIRA, TestRail, and other QA tools.
• Participate in CI/CD pipeline implementation and support automated test execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 2+ years of QA experience with web-based SaaS applications.
• Strong command of API testing, JSON validation, and database query validation.
• Proficient in automation frameworks like Selenium, JUnit, and TestNG
• Hands-on experience with UAT planning, execution, and defect triage.
• Certification such as ISTQB preferred.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, browser developer tools, and test management platforms.

Preferred Skills:

● Experience with cross-browser testing tools (e.g., BrowserStack, Sauce Labs).
● Knowledge of FHIR/HL7 standards for healthcare data. Accessibility testing and security validation experience.
