Job Summary:

Site Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

1. Electrical Work Oversight:

• Supervise the operation and maintenance of electrical systems, including UPS, DG sets, transformers, panels, and cabling infrastructure.
  
• Ensure all electrical work is carried out in compliance with safety standards and local regulations.
  
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for preventive and corrective maintenance.
  
• Maintain documentation related to electrical audits, load analysis, and safety checks.
  

2. Facility Management:

• Oversee the overall facility operations, ensuring 24/7 uptime and availability of essential services (HVAC, fire systems, water supply, etc.).
  
• Manage housekeeping, security, pest control, and other support services for the site.
  
• Conduct regular facility inspections and audits to identify and resolve issues proactively.
  
• Maintain compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards.
  

3. Warehouse Administration:

• Oversee inventory management, including inward/outward material tracking and documentation.
  
• Maintain accurate stock levels, asset tagging, and periodic physical verification.
  
• Ensure proper storage, security, and handling of all materials and assets.
  
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and project teams for inventory and dispatch planning.
  

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in site administration, preferably in a distribution centre, industrial, or tech park environment.
  
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and facility infrastructure.
  
• Experience with warehouse operations and inventory control.
  
• Excellent communication, coordination, and vendor management skills.
  
• Familiarity with statutory compliance, audits, and documentation.
