Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and requirements for both domestic and international trips.
  • Package Sales: Present and sell a range of holiday packages, including flights, accommodations, tours, and activities, ensuring alignment with client needs.
  • Booking Management: Handle all aspects of the booking process, including reservations, confirmations, and follow-ups.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel destinations, trends, and industry developments to provide informed recommendations.
  • Customer Service: Offer exceptional customer service throughout the travel planning process, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, leading to repeat business and referrals.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the department.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage documentation and administrative tasks related to bookings, including preparing itineraries and processing payments.

Domestic destination -

Kerala, Andaman, Kashmir, North East, Himachal, Goa, Ladakh, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand,

International destination -

Dubai, Bali, Thailand, Vietnam, Sri Lanka,

Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience in travel sales or a related field, with a strong understanding of domestic and international travel packages.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and provide clear information.

Sales Skills: Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Customer Focus: Exceptional customer service skills, with a commitment to providing a positive client experience.

Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple bookings and tasks simultaneously.

Proficiency in using booking systems and travel software; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

Passion for Travel: A genuine passion for travel and exploring new destinations.
