Job Title: Travel Sales Consultant Holiday Packages (Domestic & International)

Position Overview

As a Travel Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling domestic and international holiday packages, ensuring clients receive personalized and memorable travel experiences. You will consult with clients, recommend destinations, and manage bookings end-to-end.

(Located near Electronic City Metro Station)

Work Schedule

  • Full-Time | Work from Office
  • 6 Days a Week (Monday to Saturday)
  • Day Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Immediate Joining Preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Consultation: Understand clients’ travel preferences, budgets, and requirements for both domestic and international trips.
  • Package Sales: Present and sell holiday packages, including flights, accommodation, tours, and activities.
  • Booking Management: Manage the complete booking process – reservations, confirmations, and follow-ups.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with travel destinations, trends, and industry insights.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer support before, during, and after the booking
  • Relationship Building: Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle documentation, prepare itineraries, and process payments.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience: 0 months to 2 year in travel sales
  • Education: Undergraduate/Graduate or Postgraduate
  • Candidate should have good comm. skills
  • Industry Preference: Travel & Tourism industry experience is highly preferred

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
  • Good knowledge of popular travel destinations and holiday packages
  • Ability to manage reservations, travel arrangements, and vendor coordination
  • High energy, target-oriented, and customer-centric approach
  • Sales Skills: Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Customer Focus: Exceptional customer service skills, with a commitment to providing a positive client experience..
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple bookings and tasks simultaneously.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using booking systems and travel software; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
