Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of writers and ensure collaboration with SEO & marketing teams.
Oversee the creation of impactful website content, aligning with business objectives.
Guide the production of engaging content for blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media, and the website, ensuring consistent style and tone.
Supervise and mentor the team in producing high-quality content for advertising campaigns.
Conduct and supervise thorough research ensuring the production of original and insightful content.
Ensure the highest standards of accuracy, grammar, and tone in all published materials, providing final content approval.
Proofread and edited team content eliminating errors and enhancing clarity.
Lead revisions of existing content, improving readability and engagement.
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to increase website traffic.
Mentor and develop team members, providing constructive feedback and training.

Requirements:

Graduation in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
At least 4+ years of proven experience in content writing or copywriting.
Strong understanding of SEO and content strategy.
Experience in leading and managing a team.
Exceptional communication and networking abilities, with a talent for storytelling.
Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
