Job Description

Role (Why position exists) To ensure smooth and efficient manpower management at the warehouse by coordinating with staffing agencies, monitoring attendance, resolving grievances, and ensuring that casual staff are productive, compliant, and aligned with operational requirements. Main Responsibilities • Coordinate with staffing agencies to ensure timely supply of casual manpower as per warehouse demand. • Supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure staff are performing duties effectively. • Maintain and update daily attendance records of all casual staff. • Address and resolve grievances, complaints, and HR-related issues of warehouse staff promptly. • Liaise with the central HR team to ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies. • Support in documentation related to staff deployment, ID cards, and onboarding formalities. Monitor staff behavior, punctuality, and overall discipline at the warehouse.
