Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver
training programs
on wealth management processes, including client onboarding, investment products, portfolio management, and compliance.
Prepare and maintain
training materials, manuals, and SOPs
tailored for wealth management operations.
Conduct
workshops, hands-on sessions, and e-learning modules
for relationship managers, operations staff, and support teams.
Assess
training effectiveness
via tests, feedback, and performance monitoring.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of
investment products, regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and internal processes
.
Collaborate with process owners to
update SOPs, policies, and best practices
in line with business and regulatory changes.
Provide
coaching and mentoring
to staff on complex client transactions and portfolio operations.
Support
internal audits and compliance reviews
by ensuring process adherence.
Track and monitor team performance to
identify gaps and implement process improvements
.
Communicate process updates, new products, and best practices to all relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors degree
3–5 years in
wealth management, investment operations, or finance operations
, with 2 years in
training, process improvement, or capability building
.
Strong knowledge of
investment products, portfolio management, regulatory compliance, and CRM/wealth management systems
.
