Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Training & Development

Develop and deliver
training programs
for clearance and settlement processes, including hands-on workshops, e-learning modules, and refresher courses.
Prepare
training materials
, manuals, and process documentation in line with organizational standards.
Assess training effectiveness and implement improvements based on feedback and process performance metrics.
Provide
coaching and mentoring
to team members to ensure smooth adoption of processes.

Process Expertise

Maintain in-depth knowledge of
clearance and settlement operations
, including payment processing, reconciliations, exception handling, and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with process owners to
update SOPs and guidelines
based on process changes or compliance updates.
Monitor team adherence to processes and provide guidance to minimize errors.

Operational Support

Assist in
troubleshooting operational issues
related to clearance and settlement.
Support audits and compliance reviews by ensuring team members are trained and processes are followed.
Track performance metrics, identify gaps, and recommend
process improvements
.

Stakeholder Management

Work closely with
finance, treasury, operations, and compliance teams
to ensure consistent understanding of processes.
Communicate updates and changes effectively to all relevant teams.
