Description

We are urgently hiring a Pantry Executive/Waiter/Steward for our MNC company located in UB City, India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing pantry operations, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities

Greet and serve guests with a friendly demeanor.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Prepare and maintain the pantry area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
Assist in food preparation and presentation as needed.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the pantry area.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.

Skills and Qualifications

1-10 years of experience in food service or hospitality industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
