Description

We are urgently hiring experienced Jewellery Store Executives for our location in Indiranagar, India. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in retail sales, particularly in the jewelry sector, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting and purchasing jewelry items.
Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
Maintain knowledge of current jewelry trends and products.
Handle cash transactions and manage the point of sale system.
Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining store displays.
Conduct inventory management and assist in stock replenishment.

Skills and Qualifications

5-15 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewelry industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Excellent customer service skills with a passion for sales.
Basic knowledge of jewelry products and trends.
Proficiency in using point of sale (POS) systems and handling cash transactions.
