With BIBA, always expect a truly unique, wow-inspiring ethnic experience! https://www.biba.in Job Title: E-commerce Floor Operations Executive (Night Shift) Location: Sikri Department: Information Technology Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Floor Operations Executive to manage daily warehouse floor activities, focusing on order accuracy, picking, packing, timely dispatch, and coordination with logistics partners. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth execution of operations in line with defined TAT (Turnaround Time) and service levels. Key Responsibilities: • Order Checking: Verify incoming online orders against the system for accuracy and completeness. Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues in orders before processing. • Order Picking & Packing: Pick items from inventory as per the order list with 100% accuracy. Ensure proper packaging standards to minimize damage during transit. • Dispatch Management: Ensure all orders are dispatched on time as per the defined TAT. Maintain records of dispatched items and update status in the system. • Logistics Coordination: Follow up with logistics partners/couriers for timely pickup and delivery. Escalate delays or issues and ensure prompt resolution. • Inventory Support: Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed. Report stock variances and support stock replenishment planning. • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of order processing, dispatch records, and returns. Share daily/weekly reports with the operations team. Key Skills & Requirements: • Minimum 13 years of experience in e-commerce warehouse/floor operations. • Strong knowledge of order management systems and warehouse tools. • Familiarity with logistics and courier operations.
