The Regional Training Manager Is Responsible For Ensuring Complete And Effective Training Coverage For All Employees Mapped Under Their Region.
They Drive Training Adherence, Improve Learning Outcomes, And Support Performance Improvement Processes.
Their Goal Is To Ensure Every Employee Is Trained, Assessed, And Upskilled As NeededResulting In Stronger Performance, Better Engagement, And Measurable Training Roi.
100% Completion Of Mandated Training Hours By Each Employee In The Region Every Quarter By Traveling Across Allotted Regions
Improvement In First-Attempt Assessment Scores Across All Product And Process Modules
High Training Coverage And Timely Intervention For Bottom-Quartile Performers, Leading To Measurable Performance Improvements
Ensure All Mapped Employees Complete Mandated Training Hours And Assessments Each Quarter.
Identify Bottom Quartile Performers Monthly, Arrange Necessary Upskilling (Product Or Skill)

Preferred candidate profile

Experience of content creation regarding training.
Must have a knowledge of PPT, excel and word.
Must be ready for travelling as per the requirement.
The candidate from the finance industry is preferable.
