Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Answer inbound and outbound calls and emails and in a timely and professional manner.

2. Cure past due cycles (Aging bucket) to up to date status.

3. Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.

4. Send payment reminder emails to past due customers.

5. Provide timely and efficient support to sales reps by addressing their queries and requests promptly.

6. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely resolutions.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

Preferred candidate profile

Work From office

5 days working (Mon-Fri)

Shift timing 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST.

Office Location-Faridabad and both side cab facility available.

Preferred candidate with Immediate joiner or 15 days Notice Period.
