Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Sales Development:

Identify and acquire new HoReCa clients to increase sales revenue.
Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed targets in the HoReCa segment.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts in the HoReCa sector.
Conduct regular visits to existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Product Promotion:

Educate clients about product features, pricing, promotions, and availability.
Coordinate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and visibility strategies at client sites.

Reporting & Analysis:

Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
Monitor and report on sales performance, client feedback, and market intelligence.

Operational Coordination:

Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely product delivery.
Handle complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 4 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the FMCG, food service, or hospitality sectors.
Strong knowledge of the HoReCa channel is must.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Existing network of HoReCa clients is a strong advantage.
Experience with food products, beverages, or hygiene supplies preferred.
