We have an opportunity in PAYROLL (INDIAN PAYROLL) with experience in processing payroll

at various level

Job Location: - Mumbai (Andheri East - MIDC - Walkable from JB Nagar Station) / Ahmedabad / Chennai

Responsibilities :-

1. Overall responsibility for payroll processing and administration

2. Managing & administration of the company Payroll shared services and ensuring compliance and accuracy in monthly Payroll activities

3. Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll & time lines are met for salary disbursement and statutory compliance

4. Manage certain time bound processes and ensure validation of data to be accurate i.e. Investments declaration, Form 16s, One time payment

5. Ensuring Employee Benefits including Employee reimbursements as per rules and regulations of income tax

6. Responsible for MIS and Analytics regarding payroll and employee benefits with Standardization of reports for better decision making

7. Calculation, Verification & Reconciliation of monthly payroll, Full & Final Settlement

8. Validation and verification of Investment proof, Calculation of monthly liability of TDS on salaries

9. Ensure Monthly payroll provisions to Finance

10. Client coordination in respect to attendance & any salary adjustments

11. Calculation and customization of salary structures of different levels

12. Preparation of JVs, bank payout file etc

13. Employees' queries management

14) In-depth knowledge of rules to be applied under minimum wages, bonus calculation, OT calculation,

NH working, WO/FH working etc
