Your expertise should include working with PLC brands like Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, or Delta. Knowledge of SCADA systems, HMI configuration, and industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, and Ethernet/IP is essential. It is important that you are familiar with control systems and integrating them with various devices like sensors, drives, and actuators. Your background should include experience in electrical and control system troubleshooting and diagnostics. A basic understanding of Single Line Diagram (SLD) and wiring diagrams of electric panels is required. You must also possess basic experience in 2D AutoCAD for Electric panel design. In-depth knowledge of sensors, servo motors, stepper motors, and their respective drives is necessary. Your responsibilities will involve designing, developing, and implementing PLC programs for automation and control systems. You should be well-versed in input and output types with PLCs and have a basic understanding of electrical and electronics components such as resistors, capacitors, inductors, relays, Mosfets, and transistors.
