Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Recruitment and Onboarding:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from writing job descriptions and posting ads to screening resumes and conducting interviews.
Onboard new hires, which includes handling paperwork and creating orientation programs to help them integrate smoothly.

Employee Relations and engagement

Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
Develop and implement employee engagement strategies and activities to boost morale.

Compensation, Benefits, and Compliance

Administer and manage employee benefits, such as health insurance and retirement plans.
Ensure the company complies with all relevant labor laws, such as those related to hiring, compensation, and safety.

HR Administration and Reporting

Maintain confidential HR information and documentation.
Analyze HR metrics and generate reports to provide insights to management for decision-making.

Handle administrative HR tasks, such as managing employee attendance and exit formalities.

Preferred candidate profile

Education
: A Bachelor's degree or Master's degree (MBA/PGDM preferred) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
: Minimum of 2-5 years of proven HR experience, with a strong preference for experience within the gems and Jewellery or a related manufacturing/retail industry.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills
: Excellent verbal and written communication.
Problem-Solving & Conflict Resolution
: Proven ability to mediate conflicts and address employee concerns effectively.
