Job Description

HR Executive / Generalist.

Venus Accountants Private Limited

Your Responsibilities:

Manage the
recruitment cycle
calling, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
Oversee smooth
onboarding and induction
processes for new employees.
Communicate and implement
company policies
to ensure clarity and compliance.
Identify new hiring opportunities and build
effective recruitment strategies
.
Plan, coordinate, and execute
employee engagement activities.

Skill Set Required:

Bachelor's/ Master's in
HR, Business Administration
, or a related field.
0-3 years
of HR experience / Fresher. (KPO/BPO/Accounting/Outsourcing industry preferred).
Strong Knowlodege in
recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
.
Excellent
communication.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with professionalism and integrity.

Location & Work Timings:

Work From Office (WFO)
Gota, Ahmedabad
Shift Timing:
7:30 AM 4:30 PM
5 Days Working
(First Saturday working; remaining weekends off)
