Job Description

Role: Service Delivery

Min experience- 1+ years

Education: B.com mandate

Max ctc- 4.5 lpa

Location: Kolkata

Mandate Skill- SAP

FTC - 2 Years contract role on payroll of Company Payroll (extendable)

KEY DELIVERABLES:

Post auction Processes for assigned client
Extending post auction support in all activities, addressing issues and problems of clients and buyers.
Suggest for changes in the in house developed system to cater changing client needs .
Log orders in the system for stock movements from plants and different out-stationed locations as well as buyers .
Maintain and keep track record of all due payments for the deals closed in the auctions conducted.
Follow up and ensure timely payments from buyers.
Ensure reminders are sent to defaulters for payments and penalty is charged as per the slabs decided.
Review and check the refunds requests in an event where client fails to deliver products as promised or buyer requirement changes. Discuss with seniors and process if found appropriate.
Process refunds as per Service Level Agreements signed with the Buyers and Clients. Raise concerns wherever appropriate.
Maintain regular connect with the clients and buyers to maintain rapport. Attend monthly meetings on status updation of ongoing transactions, concerns and get insights into upcoming trends in market, etc.
Assist buyers and sellers on using payment gateways linked to interface/ platform for auctions.
Assist buyers and sellers in meeting statutory requirements of sales transactions including GST, TDS, etc. specially for buyers
