Designation - IT Helpdesk Executive

Location - Gurgaon, Sec 59

Key Responsibilities:

Must have experience in Helpdesk operations
(non-technical role).
Assign incoming tickets to the appropriate support teams.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
Work efficiently on ticketing tools for tracking, updating, and closing tickets.
Manage Incidents and Service Requests as per defined SLAs.
Maintain proper documentation and follow escalation procedures.

Skills Required:

Good communication and coordination skills.
Experience in ticketing tools.
Understanding of Incident & Request Management processes.
