Job Description

Executive Exports & Imports

Job Title: Executive Exports & Imports

Location: Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities:

Manage office operations, documentation, and correspondence.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain records, reports, and filing systems (physical and digital).
Handle shipping and logistics documentation (Invoices, Packing Lists, Bill of Lading, etc.).
Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transporters.
Track shipments and ensure timely clearance at ports.
Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, and other regulatory requirements.
Communicate with suppliers and clients regarding shipment schedules and requirements.
Assist in preparing quotations and purchase orders related to exports and imports.
Assist in processing payments related to freight, customs duty, and other charges.
Maintain records for audits and statutory compliances.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate (preferably in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field).
13 years of experience
in administration, with exposure to import-export operations.
Knowledge of shipping documentation, Incoterms, and customs procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic ERP systems.
Good communication and coordination skills.
