Location: Dhule, Bid - Maharashtra

Position: Branch Manager/ Assistant Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Branch Manager/Asst Manager will be responsible for all day-to-day transactions at branch level. Incumbent will be the highest authority in the branch.

2. Achieve sales targets and revenue growth objectives. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth. Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement

3. Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained. Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Foster strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention

4. Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team. Conduct performance appraisals, provide feedback, and coach team members. Ensure effective communication, collaboration, and teamwork among team members

5. Ensure the branch is visually appealing, well-maintained, and compliant with company visual merchandising standards. Implement effective window displays, in-store promotions, and events

6. Manage branch operations, including inventory management, security, and maintenance. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and documentation.

7. Manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing stockouts. Conduct regular inventory audits and investigate discrepancies.

8. Take basic rounds of Sales Staff interview

Qualifications & Skills:

- Candidate must possess at least Graduate.

-Must be from Jewelry industry with proven experience in branch management.

- Proficient with English, Hindi, Marathi languages.
