CMDB management:

Administer and maintain the ServiceNow CMDB and Common Service Data Model (CSDM), including defining CI classes, attributes, and relationships.
Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and health of the CMDB through regular audits and automated health checks.Develop and enforce CMDB policies, processes, and procedures to ensure data compliance.Configure and troubleshoot ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping to automatically populate and update CI data.

Hardware asset lifecycle management:

Manage the full hardware asset lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal.
Track and manage physical IT assets such as laptops, servers, network equipment, and peripherals within the ServiceNow HAM module.Define and improve asset tracking, inventory, and verification processes.Integrate HAM with other IT processes, such as procurement, finance, and logistics.

Service Operations Workspace:

Configure the Service Operations Workspace, including guided setup and customized views, to meet specific organizational needs.
Develop new features and functionalities within the workspace, often involving ITSM applications like Incident, Problem, and Change Management.

Process Mining:

Ability to use ServiceNow Process Mining to analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, and find root causes of inefficiencies and variations in processes such as IT incident management, HR onboarding, or customer service requests.
Performance Analyticso Ability and experience in configuring PA reports and dashboards
