Accounts & Billing Executive

Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
14 years of experience in accounts, finance, or billing operations.
Working knowledge of
Expenzing
or similar financial software preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Role & Responsibilities:

Verify employee bills, advances, and reimbursements accurately and on time.
Manage student and vendor code generation and bill booking in financial software (e.g., Expenzing).
Process and track payment requests for employees and vendors.
Coordinate with internal departments and the accounts team for payment approvals and releases.
Maintain records of all transactions, reimbursements, and vendor payments.
Verify and process vendor and trainer bills, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
Support vendor onboarding by generating vendor codes and maintaining updated records.
Ensure timely and accurate financial documentation and reporting.
