Job Description

Assist in the coordination of multi-channel marketing campaign briefs for BAU social media channels; Meta, Snap, Pinterest, Display & YouTube
Support the creative planning team working towards the business Thematics plan, seasonal campaigns & general admin tasks
Responsible for the creative of social channels & campaign visual creative library presentations after each creative refresh
General Admin tasks; Constantly updating multiple briefs, adding product Sku codes, creative naming conventions, checking creative final preview links & URL landing pages to each creative format for each social channel.
Shadowing existing team member with Meta International Smartly Pre-feeds & checking final creative preview links in the Smartly Platform

Key Skills & Experience

12 years experience in a marketing role (ideally in fashion or retail)
Strong organisational and multitasking skills able to manage several projects at once.
Excellent attention to detail ensuring all communications and materials are accurate and high quality.
Proficient in Google Docs / Apps, Excel Sheets, Calendar, Presentation Slides and Meets meeting calls
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
