Role & responsibilities

Lead Generation & Sales Support:
Assist the sales team in identifying and developing new business opportunities by generating leads and building strong client relationships.
Appointment Setting:
Proactively arrange meetings for the manager with qualified prospects to support the sales pipeline.
Call Management:
Handle cold calls and manage communications efficiently, ensuring a professional and timely response to inquiries.
Client Needs Assessment:
Identify and clarify customer requirements through research and direct communication to schedule appropriate follow-up actions.
Proposal Coordination:
Collaborate with internal teams to prepare and submit accurate, timely quotes that align with client expectations.
Meeting Management:
Organize and lead productive client meetings, ensuring all follow-up actions are tracked and completed in a timely manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree; diploma or equivalent is a plus.
0 - 2 years of experience in insurance, sales support roles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite *Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
