Job Description

Urgent Hiring For Sales Executive

Location – Pune

Experience – 1 to 2 years of sales experience

Skills – Excellent communication in English

Industry - Ed Tech preferred

Salary - UPTO 5.5 LPA

We’re seeking a motivated and experienced sales executive to join our team. In this role, you will handle Inbound and outbound calls with prospective customer, focusing on converting leads. You’ll also Support the team with your expertise, driving sales and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Responsibilities

Understand client needs and recommend suitable courses based on their goals and background.
Use consultative selling techniques to drive enrolments and handle objections effectively.
Follow up with leads in a timely manner and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
Achieve individual sales targets consistently.
Manage the sales pipeline and proactively source leads through various channels.
On-board new customers and maintain ongoing communication to ensure satisfaction and retention.
