Position: Operations Executive (Male Candidates Preferred) Location: Kharadi, Pune Experience: 6 months 1 year (Freshers with Master’s in Operations can also apply) About the Role : We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Operations Executive who can take charge of day-to-day operations and support smooth execution across our startup. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing both office and product-related operational tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day office and operational activities - Coordinate with internal teams for product-related tasks (hardware movement, documentation, coordination, troubleshooting support) - Handle inventory, vendors, logistics, and basic admin work - Maintain trackers and ensure timely task completion - Improve operational processes and ensure smooth execution across teams - Provide support to sales, technical, and customer teams as required Skills Needed: - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Good communication & coordination skills - Basic operational knowledge (training will be provided) - Problem-solving attitude, discipline, and ownership - Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace Ideal Candidate: Someone dependable, proactive, structured, and able to handle operations independently in a startup environment. Responsibilities: - Manage daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of office activities - Coordinate with internal teams for product workflows (hardware handling, documentation, tracking) - Handle inventory, logistics, vendor follow-ups, and basic admin responsibilities - Maintain operational dashboards and ensure timely task completion - Support sales, technical and customer teams for seamless project execution - Identify and implement improvements in operational processes Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree (mandatory) - 6 months–1 year of operations experience preferred - OR Master’s in Operations (freshers welcome) - Strong communication & coordination skills - Good organizational skills and a sense of ownership - Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment What We’re Looking For: A confident, responsible, and process-driven individual who can bring structure, clarity, and discipline to our operations.
