Job Description

The Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients. This role involves promoting products or services, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential customers through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Present and promote products/services to prospective clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Negotiate terms, close deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve offerings.
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
  • Good presentation and product demonstration skills.
  • Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree .
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development (depending on industry).
  • Experience in B2B Sales, depending on company requirements.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Achievement of sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Number of new accounts acquired.
  • Customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Sales pipeline growth.
  • Timeliness and accuracy of reporting.

Work Environment:

  • Field-based, office-based, or hybrid depending on company.
  • May require travel for client visits, meetings, or exhibitions.
