As a Relationship Executive, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer care, collecting documents, and building relationships with customers over the phone.
Responsibilities:- Handle customer inquiries and concerns via phone
- Collect documents and information from customers
- Provide loan-related support and guidance
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Meet sales and customer satisfaction targets
Requirements:- 1-3 years of experience in customer care or relationship management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in loan processing or customer care is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
