Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed baseline project schedules using MSP/Primavera aligned with project milestones.Prepare cash flow forecasts, resource histograms, and procurement schedules.Coordinate with project, execution, procurement, and contracts teams for input and updates.Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.Identify critical paths, analyze delays, and recommend corrective actions.Conduct schedule variance analysis and update look-ahead schedules.Maintain Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics and cost-performance indicators.Assist in preparation of extension of time (EOT) claims with proper documentation.Ensure planning data is aligned with billing, material reconciliation, and client reports.Provide input for project review meetings and client coordination reports.Support in tender planning, resource modeling and budgeting activities for new bids.Face to Face InterviewContractor CompanyHigh Rise Building ExperienceThe Planning Manager will be responsible for preparing and monitoring project schedules, resource planning, cost control, and progress tracking for civil construction projects including high-rise buildings, commercial complexes, and infrastructure works.
