Urgent Hiring For HRMS Implementation/ HR Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end implementation of HRMS planning, requirement gathering,
• configuration, testing, and go-live.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and vendors to understand and translate business needs into system functionalities.
• Configure HRMS modules: Payroll, Employee Records, Recruitment, Performance, Leave, and Attendance.
• Ensure timely rollout of modules with minimal disruption to ongoing HR operations.
• Oversee migration of employee data from legacy HR systems to HRMS with 100% accuracy.
• Coordinate data mapping, validation, and cleansing to ensure system integrity.
• Ensure integration of HRMS with ERP, Payroll, Attendance, and BI platforms for unified reporting.
• Maintain strict data security and confidentiality standards.
• Provide first-line user support for HRMS-related issues, troubleshooting errors, and coordinating with vendors for fixes.
• Conduct regular audits of data and process accuracy within HRMS modules.
• Manage system updates, patches, and new module rollouts.
• Train HR and business users on HRMS functionalities and updates.
• Generate reports and dashboards for leadership on key HR metrics (headcount, attrition, performance trends, etc.).
• Monitor system usage, adoption rate, and compliance with process SLAs.
• Use analytics to identify HR process improvement opportunities and enhance data-driven decision-making.
• Liaise with HR process owners, IT team, and external vendors to ensure smooth implementation and upgrades.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports, risk logs, and user feedback summaries to management.
• Ensure timely SLA compliance from HRMS vendors and consultants.

• Preferred candidate profile

• Education: MBA, Bachelors degree in HR, IT, or Business Administration.
• Good Knowledge about HRMS platforms (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle
• Proficient in Excel, and familiar with data migration, HR Analytics Tools
• Strong understanding of HR processes including payroll, attendance, and performance management.
