Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing:

Identify and source potential candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, referrals, and the company career website.

Requirement Gathering:

Collaborate with concerned departments to understand job requirements and role specifications.

Interview Coordination:

Schedule and coordinate interviews with line/hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process for candidates and stakeholders.

Adaptability to Recruitment Tools:

Stay updated and adapt to new recruitment tools, technologies, and innovative hiring methods.

Candidate Database Management:

Maintain accurate records of all candidates, including those in process, on hold, rejected, or selected.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
Familiarity with recruitment platforms and ATS systems.
Proactive and detail-oriented approach.
