About the Role

HR executive

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment (Core Responsibility):

Manage
end-to-end recruitment
: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling, and final coordination.
Draft and post job openings on portals, social media, and other hiring platforms.
Conduct telephonic and initial HR screenings.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and interview alignment.
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
Make sure that all open positions are closed on time.

HR Operations:

Manage onboarding formalities, including documentation and induction.
Maintain employee records and HR MIS reports.
Support attendance, leave management, and basic compliance documentation.
Assist in employee engagement activities and HR communication.
Provide operational support in day-to-day HR tasks.

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work under timelines.
Good understanding of HR documentation and MS Office tools.
Professional, organized, and proactive approach.
