Role & responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Growth

• Identify and acquire new customers, distributors, and retail partners.
• Meet assigned sales targets and drive revenue growth in the designated

territory.

• Conduct regular market visits to explore new business opportunities.

2. Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and

institutional clients.

• Address client inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support in negotiating pricing and sales terms with customers.

3. Market Expansion & Brand Visibility

• Assist in launching and promoting new products in the market.
• Ensure proper placement of branding materials at retail outlets and corporate

spaces.

• Conduct market research to identify competitor activities and emerging trends.

4. Field Sales Execution & Reporting

• Conduct daily field visits to ensure effective sales execution and customer

engagement.

• Collect and analyze market data to provide insights to the BDM.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and competitor analysis.

5. Promotional Activities & Trade Engagement

• Support the execution of promotional campaigns, retailer incentives, and

activation programs.

• Assist in organizing product sampling events and in-store branding initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to implement trade promotions

effectively.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

• Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience in FMCG or beverage industry.

• Skills:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

• Other Requirements:

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region for client meetings

and market visits.
