Job Description

Role Purpose :-

They are responsible for leading on-site audits and investigations to ensure compliance with lending laws and internal policies, identify risks, and improve operational efficiency across various loan processes. Visiting dealership and Gather information for Audit

Roles and Responsibilities-

Audit Planning and Execution:
Develop and implement comprehensive audit plans and travel schedules for assigned locations (e.g., branches, dealerships).
On-site Audits and Investigations:
Conduct field audits, inspections, and fraud investigations for loan processes, reviewing financial records, operational data, and documentation to verify accuracy and compliance.
Risk Assessment:
Identify key risks and control weaknesses within loan operations and recommend mitigation strategies.
Reporting and Communication:
Prepare detailed, comprehensive audit reports summarizing findings, risks, and actionable recommendations for corrective actions to senior management and stakeholders.
Team Leadership and Mentorship:
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of field auditors, reviewing their work and fostering professional development.
Compliance and Regulation:
Ensure that all audits and loan processes adhere to internal policies, industry standards (e.g., GAAP, COSO, IIA), and state or federal lending laws.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Maintain strong relationships with regional business, collection, and credit teams, collaborating on implementing corrective actions and process improvements
