Role Description

This is a contractual, on-site position located in Bhubaneswar for Cyber Security Trainers. As a Cyber Security Trainer, you will design and deliver high-quality training programs and workshops on cybersecurity to individuals or corporate teams. Core responsibilities include developing training modules, conducting theoretical and hands-on sessions, guiding participants in applying cybersecurity principles, and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Trainers will also provide evaluations and assessments to ensure participants' learning and skill development.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Application Security, including secure coding practices and vulnerability assessment.
• Comprehensive knowledge in Cybersecurity and Information Security, with an understanding of risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
• Practical experience in Network Security, including configuring firewalls and managing secure network infrastructures.
• Proficiency in Malware Analysis and threat detection techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively train and engage participants.
• Ability to create detailed technical documentation and well-structured training materials.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Relevant certifications such as CEH, CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+ are preferred.
• Prior experience in corporate or technical training is highly desirable.
