Job Description

We are hiring a skilled

Upwork Marketing Specialist

who can manage Upwork bidding for digital marketing projects and convert leads efficiently. The candidate should have a strong understanding of marketing domains to position solutions strategically during client communication.

Responsibilities:

Bid on relevant digital marketing projects on Upwork
Convert leads into successfully closed projects
Prepare structured and compelling marketing proposals
Communicate effectively with clients to understand goals and
expectations
Collaborate with SEO, SMM, and PPC teams for accurate project scoping
Meet monthly bidding, conversion, and revenue KPIs

Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of Upwork bidding & conversion experience
Strong understanding of:
- Performance Marketing
- SEO
- Media Marketing (SMM)
- Digital Marketing Strategy & Analytics
Exceptional communication and proposal-writing skills
Ability to guide clients with data-driven recommendations
